THE NEED TO CENSOR TV PROGRAMS

TV programs are a way of giving out information to large number of people with great differences in varied areas of life. Each of these welcomes these programs differently depending on his or her of way of understanding, often necessitude by personal idiosyncrasies. As a result of this, certain messages are distorted and can lead to misinformation.
Against the above backdrop, it is very essential that TV programs be censored very well so as to bring the singular message that such a program intends to communicate. The need for this is very crucial as there are certain parts of these TV programs, which could hold a different meaning for certain people or even by the general public, and this often portends a disastrous consequence.

Another reason for the need to censor TV programs is also based on the negative influence that could arise out of such programs. People always tend to behave according to what they see and hear. When this is bad, it elicits a negative influence from such people. As a result of this, it is good that TV programs be censored so that any case of negative influence is corrected before hand.
When an uncensored program is allowed to filter into the news world, such a program could in one way or the other be supportive of a social ill in the society. Case of musicians singing to the glory of a social evil is a case in point. If this has been censored, it will go a long way to correct an enthronement of evil.
In conclusion, censoring of TV programs is very paramount if the reason for TV broadcasting can be achieved. It will also help to bring out certain the main messages of a program in an elucidated manner devoid of distortion and confusion. lcd digital tv

TECHNIQUES INVOLVE IN CREATING A TV PROGRAM

All the processes involved in the creation of a TV program may include developing a script, creating a budget, employing a creative talent, designing a set, and rehearsing lines before filming takes place. After filming, the post production process may include video editing and the addition of sound, music, and optical effects.
Most of the TV programs are produced by production companies which are not related to the TV station and licensed to the networks. The TV station generates money for the production by selling commercial time to sponsors.

The people involved in the production of a TV program include creative talent such as actors, directors, writers, and producers as well as technical crew members such as camera operators, electrical technicians, and sound technicians.
The creation of a television program starts with an idea for a program and the development of a script. A television network may also require a commitment from one or more well-known actors before financially committing to film a program. Producing a program involves three stages of pre-production, principle photography, and post-production

Pre-production activities involve the planning, budgeting, and preparation needed before the actual shooting. The pre-production period can last as long as a month or more for a movie or just a week for a single episode of a situation comedy.
The principle of photography stage is the period in which all tape or film needed for the project is shot. All TV programs are shot using one of two basic methods of photography: single camera film production and multiple camera tape production. The single camera is used to make movies for television and most dramatic series.
The post production begins with the completion of filming and continues until the project is delivered to the network for broadcasting. The two main activities involved here are the editing, or assembling, of video footage and the creation of a complete sound track.

In all, all the above technique and process involve rigorous processes which usually take time before the final work is brought to air. digital tv coupons

THE EFFECTS OF TV PROGRAMS ON CHILDREN

Information is one of those things that can transform a person within a short period of time. This is because information, which is knowledge in a different form, is power. TV programs on the other hand are basically meant to disseminate information. The effect on this is also witnessed immensely among children. Television is one of those household instruments that children grow up to embrace and learn from. Therefore, there bound to be an effect of this on them. This influence however, can either be negative or positive.
One of the basic influences of TV programs on children is on their language. When a child listens to these TV programs especially the ones that are not meant for their view, that child tends to use certain words that ordinarily he or she would not use if trained without television within his reach. This child tries to make a mimic of what he or she observed in the television program. And as children are said to have a brain akin likeable to a clean slate, they tend to imbibe these language manner very sharply.
Another effect of TV programs on children is also witnessed in their way of thinking. A child that has access to TV programs especially the ones outside his age shows that increase in his level of maturity. As a result of constant contact with the adult programs and also childrens programs on the television, the child imbibes a culture of thinking and behaving according to what he usually sees the television broadcasters do.
On the other hand, a child can be negatively influenced as a result of the things that he or she learns from television programs. This set of children is prone to violence and are cantankerous.
In all, there is no doubt that TV programs do have effect on children either negatively or positively. It is therefore good that TV programs pass through censor before broadcast, and also that minors should not be allowed to view scenes that are beyond their age. how does digital tv work
